I received at least two. Just for clarification, that was a simple, polite request and wouldn't be something they would have to be concerned with if customers would refrain from looking at so much porn online and infecting their computers with STD's (spam transmittal disease). If the spam mail offense would just be subject to the death penalty, but I digress... As you mentioned, Al-Ed's has handled everything with perfection, providing fantastic customer service and keeping everyone up to date as well as providing options out. Good customer service is hard to find, but Al-Ed's is a solid

I only saw 1 email that didn't use the BCC (6/23) and I am sure they did that by mistake. Al-Eds has done an awesome job of keeping everyone here and on email well informed. Hey guys, Just wanted to keep everyone filled in on the news of the Avic-F series release. Pioneer is ready to officially announce the release of new software and firmware updates to resolve most of the complaints about the F-Series product. The updates will fix issues such as iPod speed issues and the iPods locking up and freezing, certain navigation issues, as well as the screen contrast problems. The boot up time will not be fixable as that's the unit's processor booting up. No official ETA on this release, but we will let everyone know once we have an official ETA from Pioneer!

Word is Pioneer is starting to filter more info to their field reps about the release of the F-Series product and a possible end of the month release. Once we have an official answer from Pioneer we will post it here right away.

Hey guys, The buyer for our company just finished meeting with the Pioneer Rep 30 minutes ago. The OFFICIAL word from Pioneer is "there is no official word, and no ETA" on the release of the AVIC-F series units. They are still being tested thoroughly, and will inform us as soon as the units have an ETA or are ready to ship. Once we have any new information we will get it to the AVIC411 community immediately.

The special for you guys runs until the end of today. We might do something down the line again, but for the time being it's till the end of the month.
