  1. That is what I was told by a Pioneer trainer but he was unsure. I trust the guys at idatalink a little more tho. I guess we shall see when the firmware comes out.
  2. I talked to Brian over at Idatalink and he told me that once Pioneer releases a firmware update it will display all the vehicle information (guages, tire pressure etc...)
  3. It still allows us to keep putting in passwords after 3 attempts. Are you saying even if we are entering in the right one after the 3 attemps it won't work?
  4. Anyway to put a X850BT in test mode? Pulled it out and installed a 5ch amp and now its asking for the password. The guy im doing this for can't remeber the password.
  5. Could you let me know what you did also? I have a few customers with the same issue
  6. You can use either cable, but if you want to use the "Advanced App Mode" you will need the cd-iu201s
  7. having trouble downloading east disc, west seems to be working fine
  8. I got mine. Hell for $399 its worth buying a second 90bt just to put in my wifes car. What a deal!
  9. only the 100 will work. the 200 wont work at all
  10. http://pages.ebay.com/cashbackoffer/terms.html
  11. Same with me, I have to pull the card and reset the unit. No big deal, just need to work out some bugs
  12. depending on where you get it, it is called the peswips from peripheral, pac might call it something else, it is a universal pioneer steering wheel adapter, it should hook up in your car with no problem. It should sell for about $80
  13. I have a set of the original discs. What iso program is best to make a backup? right now i normally use, magic iso and power iso.
  14. Check all your fuses, also you might have to go to the dealer and have them reset your warning lights, I'm sure you didn't do any real damage. You might want and try to leave your battery off for maybe an hour or so, sometimes that will cause your system to reset and clear your codes. Also what harness did you use to install your radio? if you use the peripheral CHYAH05, it makes the install super easy and you should never have to worry about shorting anything out, it is all plug and play, it gives you the vss wire too.
  15. Also JL makes a very good sub woofer, but most people know that the jl components and coaxial speakers suck for the money. If you plan on just using your radio to power them, get a entry level coaxial speaker, maybe something like the eclipse or Polk db series, they are pretty good for the money, but like HiFiSi said, it really is up to your preference on what you like in sound, some have more mid bass, some have a better high range.
