  1. What about the WinCE Image? Does that not need to be updated to the v6.2.1.9 which is in the 3.010100 download?
  2. OK I have an AVIC D3 and I have BOTH the first gen iPod Touch, 2nd Gen iPod Touch as well as an iPhone 3G. 1st gen iTouch charges by using CD-I200 cable and nothing else. 2ng gen iTouch charges by using CD-I200 & Scosche Passport. iPhone 3G charges by using CD-I200 & Scosche Passport. I have personally tried them all myself and they worked just fine. As stated earlier in the thread you need to make sure that you go into the settings and turn the iPod Charging ON. CD-I200 Scosche Passport
  3. Yeah try the laser cleaner that's why they make them. Like you said it's not gonna do anymore harm than is already done. If that don't work then your probably hit. Put it up on ebay and just buy something new
  4. WHS iTouch will work just need to use the A/V cable that has the YELLOW/RED/WHITE connectors on the end, then you can watch video. Only downfall is that you won't be able to control the iTouch via the D3 like you can when you connect the iTouch to the D3 via the CD-I200 CD-IU230V
  5. I believe I posted this BEFORE I tried using TDK discs. I originally was using the Verbatim discs which I thought were working fine. But after days of use my D3 started acting up. So I ended up DOWNGRADING my unit back to the stock discs which read just fine. But then later that day I bought some TDK discs and re-burned my 80MT Discs onto those TDK discs. The TDK discs have solved my issues SO FAR but who knows though, only time will tell lol.
  6. Yeah I had a remote like that, it came with an older single din pioneer deck that I had back in the day. I did try to use it on my D3 but only a few buttons worked. I was trying to use it to get access to the service menu but it wasn't working out because the numbers weren't working.
  7. The model number is CD-R55 and here is what it looks like...
  8. I think you have to do option 4, Format FLASH Drive.
  9. Well have you tried any other kinda disc? Try playing a different CD, or a DVD movie. Does the NAV disc work? If nothing works at all then I suppose you could try a laser cleaner or something. Otherwise there is probably something broken internally. Probably wouldn't be worth sending it in as Pioneer charges a $200 minimum. Or if you have an iPod you could just use that with your D3 instead of CD's. But then obviously your still without a NAV system.
  10. I think the categories are fine. Whats up with the new colors though, I vote to go back to the old ones. These new ones are hard on the eyes IMO. Also need to get rid of the phpBB logo at the top of the forum.. Also if you wanted to get real creative you could consider putting a skin on the forum. Check out http://www.extremepixels.com and see if there is anything you like. If so let me know, I have pretty much all the skins that are on there. I have more for vBulletin though since that is what I am running on my forum but I do have quite a few for phpBB saved as well.
  11. Dude the D3 is wayy better than the F90BT. I just got rid of my F900BT and went back to my D3 because the D3 was soooo much nicer than the F900BT. Sad but true
  12. Man I know some of you guys have one of these damn things
  13. What does the above service menu and code do? Would this work on a D2? and is this allow you to roll back to a previous disk? Whit Yes this will allow you to roll back to a previous disc. There is a different procedure though if your using a D2. You actually don't have to have a remote if you have a D2. You can check out THIS THREAD for information on how to get into the service menu on the D2. FYI though if you unit boots up then you don't need to use the service menu to roll back your map software. You can just change the language on your unit by going into the settings and se
