Installed the switch and it works great

Ok great i kinda like the switchn idea keeps others who may borrow my car from watchin tv. but they have like 28 of them geezzz BUT can you think of a reason it isnt workin by just grounding it?

OK so im trying to get my avic- n1 install. i have everything hooked up, but everytime i turn the car off then turn it back on the video dosent work anymore I find that if i disconnect the parking brake wire then connect it again it comes back on, that is until i turn the car off again. I have the parking brake wire connected directly to a wire i grounded. i was thinking of going to radio shack and getting a lil switch but i dont want to waste time if it dosent work. Any help??

Well i Sent it off to the guy and got it repaired. Its works great! aww man i love this freeking radio!!! :D :D :P :P :D :D :lol:

OK well i finally got everything i need to install the avic-n1. hooked it up and every think and now it says "mechanism error" :( and wont read or eject cd's. IM thinking it was damaged in shipping or my bro put somthing ontop of it. Has any one else experinced issues like this? I did see a ad on ebay for repair service anyone ever tried this out?? PLEASE HELP!!!!
