Anyone having this issue?

Anyone else have this issue? I noticed two weeks ago that my mic, mounted to the visor above me, would go out during phone calls, it went from that to not working at all. I have had the mic checked by our engineering department at work and they said it should be fine. I noticed however that when I turn the plug on the back of the unit, it would come back only to stop working after a couple of minutes. Anyone else have this issue? I miss using the bluetooth here in Southern Cali.

As someone who has read these forums for a while now, I have not heard a way to change this. I believe that this is part of an executable that the amazing people of this forum have not yet cracked into.

thomashohl, I know this has been discussed before but any idea how hard it's going to be to change from the original thomashohlknob to the new black anodized one?

Does anyone have the code that toggles in-between ETA and Time Remaining in the cockpit? I remember it being in previous data.zip's I've had but I can't find this proverbial needle in a hay-stack. I'm working on a data.zip that combines many of the different mods that have been posted and will be posting it soon. Thanks!

You're getting stupid answers because you asked a question that has been asked a lot around here. Please use the search tool to find what you are looking for first, then post a topic if you can't find it. Hacking the system to get the features that other have is a difficult, tedious procedure that isn't meant for everyone. This is getting crazy. I think I'm going to make a bunch out of aluminum as well and anodize them in different colors Like Black, Gold, Blue, Red etc. More to come... Let me know if your going to do that before you ship mine? I'd love a black volume knob!!!!

Got mine installed at CC and probably wouldn't do it again. I haven't had any problems, and they did the bypass for me, even though I had to fix it. Mainly I wouldn't go back there because for 1 they quoted me a price to put it in ($75) then called back half way through and said it would have to be more ($150). Then after I picked up the radio, the bypass didn't work so I had to redo it (not a big deal) and I saw a sign advertising free installation for the Avic-F700BT. I asked them if they would give that deal to me since it's an upgraded model of the one advertised and they wouldn't do
