what the hell do u people mean its buggy, it works perfect now. and no update will be released again, one just came out a week or so ago. dont believe what you hear on the internet if a new release is released again then i admit my mistake but if anyone wants to be $1000 it wont happen im in, the thing works perfect now anyway so it really doesnt need another update yet

Some of you people get some strange problems, my iphone 3g definitly charges and it seems to do it fairly quickly. My battery was nearly half dead and after 45 minutes of driving with it plugged in using cable CD-IU230V it was nearly fully charged after less than an hour.

The hibernation/resume mode your talking about shouldnt use any battery at all. Doesnt the cpu just save a file with all the settings and all, so why should it use any battery? Sleep mode used the battery on pc's, hibernation does not.

I prefer the f series, the voice control is handy even if it doesnt work 100% of the time. Its pretty accurate, just some of the albums it gets confused on cause they are weird titles. The boot time is not bad at all, i mean who starts their car and goes right away anyway. The only time that could be a problem is if you stop off to a store on your way then after restarting you have to wait a minute or so before it boots again. My only complaint is the voice control is only 95% accurate and maybe that is nitpicking but it would be nice to have it work everytime

Ok putting song name where genre is will work but what about 2000 songs, is there a program out there to automatically change it for you. Obviously i am not going to change it for all 2000 songs manually... if anyone knows of a program that can do that post it here... thanks

I havent any any problems with, i just have the system and an iphone no extras beyond that. Everything works perfect after the update, boot time doesnt bother me your car is supposed to warm up at first anyway, it may bother me if i were to stop for gas on the way somewhere but thats all, the minute wait isnt a deal breaker

Ok question which i know many of you will know. I have the avicd3 and now have the 700f whatever its called..lol anyway on the avicd3 it told me what city i was in which i loved that feature. Its nice to know where u are when you are in the middle of nowhere. Anyway coming home from OC NJ the other night it said on the map what city i was going to and at the bottom it said what city i am in. Then it disappeared and only the street name was at the bottom and nothing was at the top. Anyone know what causes this, was I imagining i saw the city i was in.... is there a setting, the f series does t

Let me add something on the boot up time. 2 minutes is a major problem for some of you? I dont think you are supposed to jump into a car and go right away anyway the car needs a minute to warm up. It would be nice to have a super quick boot up time but its not a deal breaker. Anything running any windows os runs slow and buggy anyway, its why i switched from pc to mac this january. vista is a complete joke compared to mac os.
