If you have the Ipod touch hooked up to the back of your D3 and try to play videos it will NOT work. Now if you get the cables to connect the Itouch to the jack located on the front of the D3, the video will work.

I have the Pioneer module for the Itouch and it will not show the album or art work on the D3.

I bought mine from ebay for $30 and for the past 2 years, no problems.

The green disc are updates, if you have the east coast firm ware they will work for you. If not you will have to get the red east coast disc.

Where are you located?

Screws will not deter a thief from taking your stereo if they really want it. The screws might slow them down but if they really want it they will destroy your dash to get the stereo out. You can always make a cover for your stereo from your stock stereo so thiefs think its still stock.

If you are trying to play songs from playlist you made on Itunes, go to your ipod menu on the D3 and click on playlist, then all the songs on that play list will show up and you can shuffle or start with the first one. As for videos I am not sure if you can make video playlist.

where in LA are you? Is your brake wire connected? Maybe it came loose.

ON the cd you are burning the pics to, you have to add a folder named "Pictures" then store all he pics into that folder. Insert it into your D3 and it should work.

Fedex should pay for it since you have insurance on it even if you paid for it.
