  1. Hi Ryar and others, I was just thinking: maby there is some win ce fm tuner program available that runs from SD? So we can navigate with primo 2.0 listen to the radio and have voice announcements..... I've just looked around and found a programm PowerRadio 2.3.2.0 (just google it) but have no idea on how to get it running form SD. Hope this might resolve the no soud issue. Cheers Ragstar
  2. Download the file on post #151 --> here it is - http://www.edisk.cz/...r_137.56MB.html Remove all Primo2 data en copy files into Primo2 folder Thats it!
  3. I can confirm that TMC works in the Primo 1.2 from Patper running w/o Ezrider. My guess is that it's working only because the ezrider.exe process is stopped. I haven't found a way yet to dissable TMC in ezrider, changing comport still makes tmc work in ezrider... Maybe by dissabling tmc it will work in Primo or maybe the comport can be splitted????
  4. He Pat, Can you share your version of igo with workin tmc including teh sys.txt? thanks!
  5. He Ryar, I'm still trying to get the TMC working.... Since you're in Canada it might be hard to test, maybe you can poin the right direction?!
  6. Hé Ryar Glad I've got you thinking! Updated the CE, copied your original AvicNet files and got an instant fix! Only need to copy all of the content (maps, pois, etc.) and test somemore. Does anyone know if the TMC works and where the trafficinformation can be found? Cheers!
  7. He Ryar I've looked into the original russian Avicnet and found a map for F500 and F900, the last one had a SystemSetting.exe and CommonLib.dll file. Maybe there are different settings used for the F900??? I can't remember the italian or russian Avicnet has the gps problem... do you have time to look into this? Ofcourse I'm willing to test some more!
  8. Ryar, my speed wire never was connected (just checked to be sure). When driving I never get a fix, anything else to try?
  9. For the firts time I had a fix today! Good to know I wasn't driving. I've made some changes in sys.txt [utility] calibratefix=1 ; ; If gps signal don't lost write - "0"; if lost write "1" [gps] baud=9600 port=6 source="virtserial" set_messages="0" Have to do some more testing, maybe someone else can try?
  10. Installation went oke! But still no instant fix, will try some more tomorrow.....
  11. Downloading.......will try this afternoon, report back tonight!
  12. Adding the source="nmea" to sys.txt doesn't work, still the anoying “Looking for GPS signal…”. I'll may try an other com port in the portsplitter...
  13. Ryar, The trick with sys.txt to port 7 and shutting off the port splitter doesn't seem to work. Still “Looking for GPS signal…”. I’ve noticed that time, date and height is coming trough. Maybe the gps source need to be assigned in syst.txt --> source=”nmea” ? Will try this afternoon. Any thing else we can try Ryar?
  14. Wil try tomorrow (if the unit doesn't reset). Maybe try to copy all original files first --> set sys.txt to port 7 --> shut off port splitter and run Primo w/o Igo8. Result will follow, thanks in advance!
  15. Port splitter is set on and set as mentioned. Unit keeps on saying "Looking for GPS". After some adjustments Primo wil start but when I tap the map button the unit restarts. I think I'll have to start form scratch again.....
