  1. mine works fine as well, accept for when I've freshly cranked and haven't searched for music. Duing that situation (when I just cranked up and playing the last song I was playing before I shut down), it does dittly squat. This (functionality) sounds about right to me...
  2. I got my work done over in Houston by Roderick at Best Buy (... This was one of the best installs I've ever had and his work is top-rated in Houston. My .02491
  3. Im having caller ID issues with my 8125 and WM6. The Jetware software is working properly, but when someone calls, the D3 still shows as "unknown" even though I've transferred my whole phonebook to the unit. I've tried with the caller ID function checked and unchecked in the Jetware software. Anyone got any ideas? Kryptonite Ps ( and yes, the call is coming from a phone number in the phonebook; for all you wise guys out there...)
  4. Can someone make a killer background for the D3 with the BMW X5 influence (preferably in red/amber). Thanks!
  5. Anyone tried with an 8125 on Windows Mobile 6?
  6. I've searched the forum but with no luck... Im trying to figure out if the Pioneer CD-BTB100 will work with my 8125 or if i should simply wait for the CD-BTB200 to drop in a few months... Also, if I do wait, should the secondary install be costly in comparison (100+) or is it something I could do? (Be gentle, ladies, this is my first AVIC and it's going into BMW X5 and I have no car audio install experience with this vehicle) Kryptonite
  7. please; no hating. Let people "bop" if they choose...
  8. I just added to my shopping cart (crutchfield.com) with "low stock" showing, went back to add another pioneer item to get the discount, and then it stated "out of stock" for the D3... Pissed.
  9. was that the $250 bezel from bimmerman?
  10. I've replied to your PM on those...
  11. Sure; they are brand new, never used, still in their boxes, sitting on my cd shelf. May me an offer...
  12. I share this same dilemma as I've bought the BD1 (bluetooth) for the Z1 and the ipod connector (cd100II or something like that), AND NOW I have decided to switch and get the D3. I really hate giving up the inch in screen size and just the cool factor of having a "Z1", but what da hell; for the ipod connectivity and the color changing interface, it will match my BMW's dash lighting perfectly and give me movies galore. Plus, it has some of the 3D mapping (according to the manual i downloaded) that the Z1 is always showing off. Im all D3 at this point - It's just an overall better unit for what I
  13. Focus ladies: anyone know the differences between the 2 bluetooth modules?
  14. Anyone know if the detailed city map (Detailed City Map: Not Available ) means that the D3 will NOT have the nidce 3D views that the Z1 has?
  15. Lets talk tech: DVD's are the source for NAV data on the D3. Any ideas whether a (Pioneer) XDV-P90 DVD Changer will pass the DVD NAV data to the unit? This would eliminate the hassle of having to swap disc on the fly.. (w/o the use of gold/green pixie dust...)
