  1. Glad it helped. You may want to consider "drawing" the box in the form of a trapezoid and not a perfect rectangle. From what I've read on here and some other places, when our GPS units are subjected to a dramatic change in humidity, barometric pressure - etc ... our alignment gets off. Hence, in your cast - you may want to consider almost pulling the lower right hand corner box up a bit in hopes to get it more responsive. This is where testing the screen orientation can be very beneficial so that you don't have to keep going through the whole setup process over and over again.
  2. No, I didn't find this out on my own. No, please don't give me credit. This really should be a sticky because this question has been asked countless times on here already -- but very few have explained the entire process very well on here so I'm going to paraphrase different sources that ultimately resolved the problem for me. So please - recommend this or someone else's answer to be posted as a sticky on this topic to alleviate the completely unnecessary pain someone has to try and troubleshoot this problem.
