  1. Yeah for me the Bluetooth worked better before. Now the people I call is hearing a lot of noise in the background and is having a hard time understanding me. I have a Casio GZone phone. I would like to go to the old version of the bluetooth update. I wish they could make the reverse camera come on faster. There have been many times that I am waiting on the unit to change screens.
  2. I have an '08 Dodge Ram 1500 and have successfully installed the AVIC-F90BT using a wiring harness. The wiring harness supplies the accessory power but my question is concerning my factory remote starter. When I remote start the engine the radio does not come on, therefore I'm trying to find power that would work with either the accessory power or the remote starter. I checked the cigarette lighter and it does not work when remote starting. Anyone have any suggestions? The wiring harness used is the Scosche CR03SR.
  3. I have a hard time seeing/finding the time. Sometimes the time is on the left sometimes it is on the right and sometimes it is not displayed at all. Has anyone figured out how to make the font bigger or have the time show up on every screen?
  4. What are you using to support the radio in the back? I have the Scosche kit and it has two flimsy plastic clips that holds the front in but if the back of the radio falls down the front will not stay in. Currently I have cut a piece of wood and laid it in place but I would rather have something a little more secure especially if I were to get into a wreck. Also, I have the factory Sirius, can I keep it or do I need to buy the Pioneer version?
  5. I wonder how big of a capacitor would be needed to handle intermediate power losses.
  6. I just purchased a F90 and I'm trying to think of ways to mask the boot-up time and was thinking of tieing the Red wire into my dome light in my vehicle. This way when I unlock my doors the light comes on and it also starts the radio. At the same time I would also tie the Red wire into the ignition. Does this sound reasonable or am I crazy? If someone can help me out with the details that would be great as I am no electronics wizard.
