Samsung M520. My mic is up by the sun visor on whatever that column is called. Seems like I hear it the most when there's no other sound, like when it's first dialing.

I get it too on occasion when using the Bluetooth. Any other ideas?

i tried and also didn't see a difference. maybe i'll see some when i play with it a bit more, but i'm not holding my breath.

it was probably me just being an idiot, but make sure that you tune to channel 001, which then loads the rest of the channels. i didn't realize i had to do this and was struggling to figure out why it wasn't activating. once i read that on the refresh site, I figured it out. good luck!
