Who is having problems with the PAC Audio SWI-PS???

I have a 2007 Silverado and the SWI-PS barely works.. I push volume up and it either raises the volume all the way up, changes the source, or doesnt work at all. The delay is also horrible. The volume down almost never works. I barely use the thing in fear its gonna change the source or shoot the volume all the way up.
