  1. So I guess no fix? If not, all I have to say is, I HATE WINDOWS!
  2. Well no joy. Tried performing update, but since my SD stopped recognizing songs / vids, it wouldn't even begin the update process. Tried multiple times, but to no avail. Used the reset button as well, but with no help. Is there a way, other than pressing reset, to do a full factory "hard" reset to restore unit to factory settings? This maybe the only way to do it short of sending unit back to Pioneer and asking for a replacement D3 instead.
  3. So should we just reflash with the 2.0 update then?
  4. I too have this same problem with the VR. Also my SD stopped working. The unit recognizes that the SD is there, just doesn't show any files, yet my phone and pc can see and access the files. Let us know if you also have an issue with the SD.
  5. Second post in this thread. http://www.avic411.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=18977
  6. Now that's how 3D maps are supposed to look.
  7. Sorry to dredge up an old topic, but anyway. To add to this, not 100%. There were and still are some halogen lenses that come from the factory with HID's installed. Ford was one of them on the 500 and early 2000's camry's had it too. The only thing they had different was a prism style lens instead of the crystal clear "diamondback" style you see on cars now for halogens. I hope that makes sense, lol. Not at all lol. I'm just ignorant to different headlight styles, as like I mentioned before, I thought light output was the same across the board. So HID Kits in halogen housings = bad c
  8. First layer mean saved directly to the SD card. Not saved into a folder that is already on the SD card.
  9. Would it be possible to get the second one using a Suzuki emblem? Thanks! Something like this? Perfect! Thanks AZ!!
  10. My 2 favorite Pioneer people on eBay are HiFiAudioOnline and ElectronicsOulet.com These 2 sellers have excellent customer service, prices, and package deals. The first is in Delaware and the second is in Philadelphia, PA. I will always buy from these 2 vendors. They also maintain their own websites for sales as well. if you can't find it on eBay, make sure you check their sites too.

  12. All versions need screen themes to match our vehicle instrument lighting like the D3 has. I know we have the hack files for this, but it's better imo to have pioneer set this up. Also, better bluetooth support for Treo's.

  14. Here's a program that allows you to convert virtually every type of audio / video format to work on the F-series via SD and USB. I recommend downloading the whole suite (only 25 megs) as this allows you to do more than just convert files. This allows you to download .flv files (youtube videos) and convert to MPEG4 format to view on the AVIC. Anyway, check it out and happy converting. http://dvdvideosoft.com/downloads/download-free-studio.htm
  15. Just put the folder in there? No need to delete old data from the XM folder? Oh and BTW, Vandal......a whole case of beers for you!
