if the resets don't work, you have to go to xmnavtraffic website and re-establish connect..it takes about 5 mins....

check you antenna...unplug it then plug it back on..hopefully that will fix it...

are you creating a "pictures" folder (well that's how it is on z1, not sure what you have to call it for the z2) and also, i used a CD-RW for my pix...
