So I recently Purchased the 3.0 update from Pioneer (which alone ticks me off....their failures with their unit should not be my need to spend money) for 120 dollars. The technician asserted that, because I have 3 of the same f900bt units in 3 different cars, I could use the update on all 3 cars or 40 bucks each, doing the math. How am I supposed to get a functional passowrd for all 3 units? Or did they lie and I some how need to hack it?

I had the same issue. Set your audio input to off. Go To AV Settings. Press MUTE/Input Guide and do Normal.

Is there a way to delete all of the contacts off the unit? Maybe they aren't delteing the old when I put new ones in

How do i do that? Whenever I go to sound settings....I can only turn the voice down

Is there a way to completely mute the voice navigation. I have it all the way down for volume, and It stills make the iPod skip every time a new direction comes up

I own the Pioneer AVIC-F900BT and a Palm Centro. People constantly complain that they can't hear me when I call using the bluetooth and microphone. I have the latest updated 2.0 firmware and the newest centro firmware. Any advice?

I recently had my Shaker 500 in my 2005 Mustang replaced with an Avic-F900. After having the geek squad do it, I can say they did a great job including performing the hardware hack to bypass the parking break issue. Unfortunately, the front subs do not work in the doors.....I told them and they said the shaker 500 amp doesn't work with after-market radios. I know they're full of crap, so I'm going back there. WHat should I tell them to do? Thanks

Is there a way on the F-Series radios to have your music pause instead of mute when you are on a phone call or use voice recognition

I own an AVIC-F900 and a Sprint Palm Centro. Whenever I do the phonebook transfer, it copies each contact twice. For instance, if i had 2 (mobile and home) contacts with the name "Bob", it would copy over Bob, Bob, Bob home, and Bob Mobile. Anyone have any tips on how to fix this?

After I hang up my phonce calls via bluetooth, many times the call box stays on the bottom of the screen and the music remains muted. Anyone have this issue? Any way to fix it?
