i discovered that is a single file which generate error on BT "no software present" the file is msnd in "My Flash Disk\USER\UserData\iGo\save" folder... simply delete it and the software of your BT magically reappear!! (in my case 290)... this file is generated by msn direct function ...i think. Bye Bye Fabrizio

have you tried to resolve "software not present" and error on BT update?? someone gave the unit to the assistance... I couldn't wait and ....... i've reinstalled firmware 2.0 over the firmware 2.01 (EU) following the detailed instruction of the forum... and the bt began to work with software version 330... then i've update with the firmware 2.01... all work fine now.. this procedure restore also bt software???... my unit lost it and i can't update it in normal way
