It is explained in here somewhere what it does. You will have to read the entire thread. I don't know alot of the features either, I just like the mod.

Boot with testmode, open apl2/igo/content/map and delete the maps that you will not use. I live in PA and I deleted all of the states that I am sure I will not drive to..CA,OR,NM...etc.

They are both legit and both work very well. To revert back just make sure you make a copy of your original "myflashdisk" before you mod.

Remove maps and poi's that you will not use.

I posted this a while back. Guaranteed to work. I use it all the time. Extract it to the SD card. As long as you have the testmode folder and it's contents on the card you can have anything on the card. Good luck. http://avic411.com/index.php?/topic/31666-testmode-software/

Downloaded some fonts last night, renamed them, works fine. I didn't edit anything in the .ui or the datazip. I just had a hell of a time finding a font that I really liked.

Ok, Got it. Just tried it and it works good. Now where do I find some fonts? Nevermind. Google is my friend HAHA

It doesn't look like his font is any different than the rest?

Yep, night and day. Abb's themes are really nice. I really don't like the pioneer defaults. Gotta have some pizzaz!

It worked! I just put his GFX folder in IGO, added his schemes and used his igo8 from his datazip. It gave me his car too. Lookin better and better!

Alex, Just loaded this today. It's gonna take some time to get used to, but I think I am gonna like it. If I use Abb's GFX folder and his schemes, will they work on your mod? Thanks.
