Im really lost. I have gotten to get a video long time ago to work, so i know the cables are correct for sure. but however, everytime i choose the movie, and it starts playing, it just goes blank black. so for that, this works???? i m gonna try it later today when im back in my car. ipod is up to date and so are itunes.

I have an upgraded 3.0 F90BT unit, and for some reason, none of my ipod video movies are working on it? Music works fine, but movies, it shows they are there, but when I click on one, it just gives me a blank black screen the whole time! Please, why is that??? I got all the video cables hooked up properly too. And even tried setting the ipod to "tv OUT" and it didn't work.

I keep trying to download the torrent file, but there are no more seeds, and its not downloading. where can i get that 1.52gb 3.0 update from? the unofficial of course. can i just download the x90bt version of the pioneer website and use that instead???

ok, thank you very much wenigwiser (even tho your username doesn't do u justice since you DO know a lot! haha). ok, so basically it will tell me somethign like (bitte rechts abbiegen) or something like that instead of the street name. thats fine with me. what about the ipod, i know you said u didn't mention it, but would the voice recognition still work thru english, or not at all? and how do i download the EU version? from the german pioneer website?

wow thanks to both of you. i have done it and it work(ed). however now it actually says "playing all artists" no matter what i say...BUT it did work for like 3 times, then the car was turned off (after the vr update) and nothing had been modified on the ipod since.

to wenigwiser: so basically the unit will operate in german, BUT i won't be able to switch back to english if i feel like? and what exactly will be in german? the directions? or "samantha" and how will the tts be limited? do you mean i won't be able to use my ipod song search?

Hey I was wondering if it was possible for me to get the German language for the U.S. version of the f90bt. Is it possible to download the EU version and then somehow extract that language into the U.S. version? If it is possible, can someone direct me into the right direction of how to do that? PLEASE!?

Well that is really weird because my last f90bt unit,before i replaced it, it did work perfectly! This kinda defeats the purpose of voice recognition if it cant play the right song. Does anyone know a fix for this or have a suggestion? Please..?!??

Ok, so i have noticed that on my f90bt EVERY time i say an artist/album for my ipod, the unit would most def 100% repeat EXACTLY what I said, BUT it would completely pull a way wrong artist/album. I would say...."Play album...From Nothin to Something" and it would repeat "playing album..from nothing to something" BUT then it would pull up Artist Eminem, album slim shady LP. What is wrong with this all the sudden? it used to work, now it doesn't. i have the VR catalog updated, and turned off. the unit repeats what i say, but plays whatever it wants to. please...can ANYONE help me wi
