So OK here it is. I am thinking of adding the VIA ARTiGO Pico-ITX Builder Kit to my Avic F700BT to network between them 1- Will I b able to network is there a software that will render the usb port full I/O capable 2 -Will I b able to use the Avic as a screen and therefore as an input device 3-Will I b able to use it in reverse meaning will I b able to input commands on my via and send them to the Avic It seems that it will be possible with some modification of the usb I/O protocol and registry edits but who I am to know

If u do the “GPSunderground” you will need to clear the Maps (all but base map), POI, Dem, and Speedcam all their content should go 1. I think that where your problem is...this machine is very finicky and only will install the region that it is in...However there are some mods that will make it work with other regions (do a research on site) ...I hope u did a backup...if not try to install the 2.XX firmware update from pioneer that correspond to your area and start from there (it did saved me once from bricking my unit) ohhh...GOOD LUCK!!!

Does anyone have the schematics of the machine…I remember seen it one on site but don’t remember where I wonder if adding another circuit will resolve it or copying the existing one re partitioning it unsoldering it and replacing it with higher capacity module will work and the same to the flash ram will do I can be very handy with the iron if I have to…

Well with SSD drives falling in price (8GB for ~$60) I was wondering if there is a possibility to upgrade the internal flashdrive and ram ….who know ….just a thought

I love the mod (F700-BT with 3.0)…however in my machine it seem that the campus red hand pointing to the south and not the north…might seems trivial but just a note
