Has anyone had trouble witht their iphone or ipod touch. sound no longer comes out of the speakers using an ipod after updating to 3.0. cd radio and sd card still work fine

Thats a feature of the iphone not the unit. Unless your talking about a separate pod apart from your iphone, then this could be interesting.

Thank you OP for these update instructions. The menus now are much quicker. Doesnt seem like 3.0 is much of a change besides the speed of the menus.

Good to know thanks for emailing them.Basically they are giving you all the updates of 3.0 without the newest maps and igo 8.3 which goes with it. Fair enough. Its not like pioneer gets the maps for free

I think this is what is going to happen. The map is locked to a unique device code. Well this is how Igo software works im sure there will be a generic key like there is right now for the 8.3 software.

Whats new about this update any ideas?

Hopefully they make it even quicker and add the new igo (which I don't think should be too hard for them) If they were only doing minor fixes i don't think they would have labeled it as 3.0

Its not worth getting It was at 25% so the 700bt for example would come out to 300 instead of 400. But remember you dont get warranty which is a big thing for me and also there are no returns accepted Id rather buy the unit from amazon since they take returns with no restocking fee and I get a full warranty
