I currently run a US version with X910BT software, hacked ezirider 3.0 with EU maps. Just a couple of notes with issues I found. Make sure you update CE with format. Make sure the CE image is 3.0 if you want to run X910BT software and you are not using 2.0. I found that if I updated using CE 2.0 images I had problems getting into test mode with 2.3 version, enters test mode then resets. 3.0 work

For those people having problems with no bluetooth audio or other audio issues please take note. The bluetooth audio,key tones and the nav audio such as TTS voices are only played through the front channel. If you have only the rear channel hooked up as I did you will not get this audio unless playing files from a usb stick but the bluetooth will not work at any time. The bluetooth connects fine and does everything it was supposed to but just no audio through the speakers. I have a strange problem with my FT900BT. I would think the issues I will list are linked but not sure. 1.No bluetooth sound. Phone will connect to unit but no audio through speakers. 2. No keypress tones or mapping TTS voice unless usb stick is in and playing music. Tones or TTS don't work when radio,cd,dvd are working. Have tried just about everything to fix from reinstalling the flash drive(have tried several) to reinstalling the sdmlc image drive, reinstalling CE images(have tried several again) but still the same problem. What has me puzzled is how the USB stick is linked to the keypre

Would it be possible for someone to upload the updated flash drive to a file server. I have a US version in Aus. so still have to hack with the modded Ezirider to use Aus. maps. No point buying an Aus update. Have previously had issues with EU software on the US unit.

I have the same problem as Raysavic and haven't managed to fix it yet. Tried bluetooth updates so that won't help. Good try lenford1 but I made sure the vol was up full. Just no audio from the speakers.

When I go into settings and turn on reverse cam it works great but the next time I start the car it is off again. The power to the cam is from a 12v ign source so is powered whenever the car is running. It is basically not retaining the cam settings. Possible solution or location of the relevant files for this function.

Already tried a factory reset. Strange thing is the nav started working. Still no key beeps which is a good thing. Just wondering if anyone else who has upgraded to 2.7 noticed the key beeps gone?

What I did to get back to Ver 2.0 was to use konick's method and CE image files, delete flash and copy previously saved flash back. Was then able to update to 2.005 using the standard update file. Tried this just to see if I could. The only prob. I am having a couple of minor problems. With euro software on a US unit you loose bluetooth. Put US firmware back on so no real prob. and secondly I have lost all audio relating to NAV, key beeps etc. This happens with standard firmware and flash drive and anything other than standard as well. Any source audio works fine. Any suggestions to fix ??

Worked a treat on a US version with EU software updated to 2.7(no more test mode). Also reports Apl version 2.0. When I upgaded the image via the service menu I chose to update without format. The other option was to update with format. Thought that may be worth mentioning. Test mode is back. Was a little worried for a while as I was not able to run local maps. Thanks konick.

Only had my AVIC-F900BT for about a week and have been playing with various mods. Fantastic forum. I have a US model in Aus. with Aus. maps working fine but noticed a number of differences in settings and options after playing with an Aus. unit in a local HiFi store. One item that caught my eye was the ability to select AM and FM step frequency(seems to be an issue on many US to EU units)) as well as Speed cam activation keys plus a bunch of other stuff I can't quite remember. I would be interested in comparing the US and AU Flash Disk file. Any Aussies help? Could post an Sd card to someone
