  1. I recently installed the CDBTB for my bluetooth needs. After getting the patch for my phone I was able to get it to connect. But, now i'm having a problem with it muting the microphone. It will work fine for a few calls then the mic will mute itself, and no one can hear me. I tried a different mic and the problem came back after about a day. Plugged the old mic back in (but didn't run the wire to the A-Pillar) and it works again.. Seems like it works fine untill i go through the hassle of running the mic and installing it up by the A Pillar. Once I do that it stops working..... Any wor
  2. I'm hearing all these rumors that Windows Mobile equiped phones have a really difficult time pairing with the BTB module? Does anyone have this combo working? I heard something about a 3rd party program that can be installed on the phone to make it work? Any help would be greatly apprecated... I'm currently using a Parrot 3200 Color, and have no problems with it connecting...It just mutes the calls half the time when I try to use it... I wanna intergrate everything into one, but don't wanna waste the money on the BTB if it's not going to work properly..
  3. Thanks for the awesome pics on how to do the bypass. Saturday I received the N4 and had it installed. During the install I used the yellow cell wire from the N3 harness to do the bypass. Everything works as it should. Full Nav and DVD capabilities while driving. Thanks again for the info on the bypass. Definetly the easiest bypass yet!! I'm currently using the Parrot 3200 Color for my cell needs. I'll be installing the CD-BTB200 as soon as I find a good deal on one.... Anyone wanna buy a Parrot 3200 ???
  4. Well....I'll give that a try... I tried the paper clip trick, for damn near an hour... I couldn't get it to fit though the slot, no matter what bend I put in it..... Hopever, I was tempted to JAM the paper clip in my eye due to frustration..
  5. I just did the lighter fluid trick.... It didn't work.. It's obvious that I took the sticker off... Are you supposed to let it soak or something? I'll be getting a new N3 soon that I want to bypass. (current one was an open box special) I don't want to screw up the sticker on the new one...
  6. So is it possible? Is there anyway to make the N3 compatable? I have an aftermarket Bluetooth handsfree kit (Parrot 3200).. I really want to intergrate everything together (using the pioneer equipment) Can the N3 use the CD-BTB200??
  7. Sweet, i'll give it a try sometime this weekend... I'll post my results :cheers
  8. Damn that was fast, thanks man.. I think I already have it grounded... I do get the "improper parking brake connection" message.
  9. Hey guys, I'm new here....I've been following the threads the best i can ....but my questions... On the N2 there should be the "void" sticker on the head unit, NOT the control box right? Under that label is the R197 connections that i need to solder together to get full NAV and DVD above 12 mph? Hit "reset" on the head unit and I should be good to go? I know this has been gone over a thousand times already, and I apologize....I just don't wanna fry my unit...
