This is a great mod, I love the speed cam warning! Are they any plans to make an option to hide/unhide the buttons at the top? Keep up the great work!! -Dmode101

I just found a related thread below on the MediaMonkey forums. I'll post a followup thread on the issue to see if they have made any progress. http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... =0&sk=t&sd -
No album art when using Media Monkey?
dmode101 replied to dmode101's topic in Problems/Troubleshooting
All my album art is embedded, no external images. Media Monkey must be doing something slightly different than the Avic wants. FYI - I bought a 2009 Pioneer AVH-P4100DVD unit, then returned it due to the overall cost (my F90BT was cheaper!). But my album art worked on that unit perfectly using Media Monkey. That unit also uses a different Ipod cable than the Avic. -
I just got my F90BT and I noticed none of my album art from my Ipod Classic 160gig is showing up on the unit. I was able to resolve this problem by using Itunes to sync my music back to my Ipod. But I absolutely HATE Itunes, so I use MediaMonkey to manage and sync my music instead. I did find another thread here that mentioned missing art when using MediaMonkey instead of Itunes. Has anyone found a resolution to the problem yet or must I use Itunes to get my art to show up on my F90BT? Would changing the Pioneer Ipod cable out to an official "Apple"cable help If we can get enough use

Hmmm, now that you said that , the "closeout" tag was only on the F900BT, not the 700 or 500. Interesting.........

I live in Albuquerque NM. The store I called is called Audio Express. http://www.audioexpress.com/ You can find the phone number in the store locator link on that page. I don't know the name of the guy I talked to, sorry. I'll go to Best Buy again this week and take a picture of the price tag with my phone The price was the same as listed on Bestbuy.com, but it said "closeout model" on the price tag.

I was about to purchase a F90BT, but I am concerned that these units will soon be discontinued and replaced with upgraded units. Why? Well I called a shop in town and they said they are no longer stocking them because they have been recalled by their distributer because of the buggy software?? Then, I went to Best Buy today and they have all the F series with tags that read “close-out†model. And finally, Pioneer.com lists a $200 instant discount on all F series models until the end of March. Am I being paranoid or are new model coming out any time now?

Does the "menu button" on the screen wheel function like a back button or does it always revert to the top of the list? Does skipping a track in shuffle mode play the next song in the list like it does with an MP3 disk or does it truly play a random song next? Are there any plans to add the "Smooth scrolling" and "Link Play" features that are available on the new 2009 models? Thanks for the information!
