How do I change it on the 700bt where the orientation isn't locked?

Will any cheap wired mic work?

I am upgrading the factory radio in my 1999 Avalon XLS. I have found 3 that i like, which would you choose and why? I will be using it with an 80 gig Zune. I like this one for the built in gps I like the looks of this one or this one
