I just phoned today. Same answer the last 3 weeks, I have phoned on Monday, "should be in by the end of the week for mailing".

I am tring to find the preset listings of the fm radio and Sirius,in the system file folders. So I can change the wording from Preset 1 to 80's on 8, and so on. Because it would be nice to know what stations are where in the preset list. Other than Preset 1, Preset 2, Preset 3, ect.. I tried looking in the image file but I could not find. Does anyone know where they can be found or if this can be done?

Anyone get their update mailed yet in Canada? I ordered last week and as of today status is "Awaiting shipment". Might be a while if they have to convert all the info into french and print it. Hope not.

Can anyone that has installed this update compare it to the 3.01 update. What has been added? if they are using some branded POI icons now like the Z models? Thanks

A nice how to guide and what programs you use to add icons would be nice. I have tried to add icons but when I add it to the unit the unit crashes, so I load up the one I downloaded from this site. Editing the poi.icons file is no problem I think ?, but editing the .bmp files is where I think my problems are.

When the blue screen comes up you have to press the volume knob Up, Up, Down, Menu, Left, Right. to get into loading WINce. use the formate from sd card and follow the instructions. viewtopic.php?f=34&t=25817

Yes you do, but Ezrider is not hacked yet for IGO 8.3 which is part of the 3.0 to 3.01 software update from Pioneer. The old version of IGO is 8.0 which was part of pioneer's 2.0 software

Did you re-do after you updated to 3.01? because if you didn't you would have over written the files

Very pitiful of Pioneer Canada not only NOT to give a discount like the States but to charge us .28 on the dollar when it is around .05 on the dollar now. I was going to buy the update even though I have the update installed already, but now they can go SCR*W themselves. Very bad service for a product that is falling behind the competiton with a price that is outragous. If not for this forum improving the unit the way I like it, I would have sold it after a couple months of using it.

Has any one gotten the Branded icons to work with the latest system update to 3.01? Or which way of installing them. I tried installing a couple of ways (2.0 system ways) but system keeps rebooting when I install them.
