It looks to be the Digital Elevation Map. It might be used for the 3D part of the nav i dont really know.

i sent you some links with new picture taken from the emulator. the new one are 800x480 screen size & will work fine.

thanks for the update on your mod. i was waiting for this so i can start working on my apple mod for the nav. i have a question about picture 11. does the green highway overlap the your speed sign all the time. if not is there gonna be a fix in the next update. Edit: nevermind the question.... thats the large sign settings.

All the mods are added already to the Base X910Backup with 3.010100 Update download. You only have to add the DEM & Map's you want. I have this update running on my F90BT. From what i understand from reading the avic411 the F & X series are all same base OS. Just make sure you make a copy of your unit before you start playing with it. Also if you want an up to date version CLICK HERE FOR 3.1

the wince files are located in the PLT folder.

i added direct download for the files so you dont have to worry about any seeder on the file.

Here is the 2009 map install. It will help you with your install and should cover all your questions. @ The airman Copy and paste the LICENSE folder & hacked ezrider.exe in the root of your iGo folder. You need them to run the new 2010 maps. With out them the 2010 maps will not work. My Flash Disc APL2 iGo... Place in this folder.

I will continue to work on the theme making improvments as a go. Just about all of the bmps have been edited to create this new theme. Its been along time in the making. More like a full time job somedays. So enjoy & dont forget to post any BMP bugs you might see. Please also note that i dont have HD Radio or Sirius. If any can post post some picture of the raw pioneer HD radio & the Apple theme HD Radio that would help me out. Anything over 1024X*** will work fine & in focus.

Here is the beta of the Apple theme i been working on. The theme is not complete & i'm still working on it. The theme is over 75% complete and will pass as a good theme till i finish it. Also included is an Apple splash screen that can be loading up from the system menu on the unit. If you find anything that doesn't look right post a picture of the problem and i will see what i can do. Testmode is included with the download. Some bmp's from imBasketCase was used in this theme. The igo in the APL2 folder doesn't load for me. the other igo in the APL4 works fine.

has anyone got this to work. it seems to freeze up on the loading screen. the only thing i got to work was the things in the APL4 folder.

if you can get into the wincd upgrade menu or testmode you might have a chance. upgrade the wince & reinstall the software and maps.

here is the new look for the radio/sat bg's bmps. still need to change & fix somethings as you can. maybe this will be ready by xmas. this is the new loading/splash screen for the theme.

i haven't really done anything to the theme in the past week. i did manage to get a round to the EQ menu. i still have some eq bmps to change around. i also started on the radio / sat radio BG bmp. as you can see it still doesn't look right. im still looking for an apple/mac radio icons in png or psd. the video is nothing to fancy. it just shows you the basic xm menu. its just a short 30 sec clip. here is a sample video of the theme. Edit: i think i have the bg for the sat/radio done. i will check it when i get up in the morning and post the pics.

i tried to fix the multi-route/plan to keep everything in the button area. I moved the button lower & pulled the distance & time over so it wasn't bunched up all togther anymore. you can remove some unused states in your map folder. Im only using the state i live in & 2 others states i drive into.
