I know its not the OEM Navigation forum but, since there are lot of tech guys around I thought why not to ask then a question!! my Prius has OEM DVD based navigation system, the maps are old and new DVD does cost lot of money... does any one know if I can download latest RIP from somewhere and burn a disk and use it?? will it work... or DVD based navi. system also has the exclusive license for the car or something like.... Guys, I started having problem with bluetooth calls after upgrading to 3.0, call goes fine as long as my AVIC is powered on but as soon as i turn my car off... it disconnects the call (In earlier version it used to transfer the call to phone)!! for no apparent reason!! I was hoping this to be fixed in 3.01 update, but my problem persist!! my unit is AVIC F-900BT does anybody has any solution for this!! Thanks

Thank you guys for all help!! I could successfully able to upgrade my F900BT with 3.0..... while upgrading when i was copying FlaskDisk dump to my unit's FlaskDisk it said insufficient space then i had to delete some of maps to reduce the size.... but i want to add all maps what do i do!!! does anyone had this issue and what was the solution!!! Thanks

you know what you were right!! as soon as i reverted back modified data.zip my unit started working but i lost all my mods ..... any idea which version i should use to get similar to CMH's mods for my 2.006 update....

Ok... now after updating new ezrider.exe and manually updating some CMH mode i think i could manage to screw my unit successfully.... now it does show me new screen from CMH mod, it does play songs but as soon as i go to map it shows a warning screen with ok button as usual but does nothing after a while it will restart by itself!!!! i tried to clean userdata\igo\save\ folder but no luck....... i remember reading something about this kinda issue... but not finding anything now when i need anyways... if you guys have any idea what is going on in my unit plz advice!! Thanks

Guys, my unit had 2008.4 maps it used to work fine until yesterday then i did update my unit with 2.006 update and thats it... now NO MAPS.... i went in thru 2.3 test mode and i can see the lic file is still in place.... what am i missing!!! my all mods are gone... pls guys help!!

Guys, does anyone have CMH 6.6.09 mod and would like to share with me? Yes i know some one has uploaded the CMH mode in "ok I got the CMH "unzip to sd card" file ... BUT..." post but that seems old and does not do anything in 2.006 update!!! CMH mode suppose to run itself and do all the things for us but the above does not do anything.... YES i used testmode 2.3 and i can get into the winCE mode!! any help is appreciated!!! and i had 2008.04 maps which is not enable any more and YES lic file is there... what am i missing!!! Since, everybody is ordering their own copies; I am wondering is this not shareable thing... i mean we could have bought couple of copies and shared among us..... i know $70 is not big deal but being a hacker whats a fun in buying lol ..... If you guys think that this update is not sharable then please let me know i will also put my order!!!!

Guys, I have seen in some OEM units that, if you key in the destination address then you get to choose route you want to travel by, it displays multiple routes... is it or something like this possible with F900?? am i expecting much more from this unit lol

Are you sure, my unit (F900BT) does play music with in 30-40 sec (with just showing startup pic) after i turn on my car and i do not switch to main menu or source screen. it mostly will be on nav screen when i turn off my car...

I am not an expert here but i guess you need original data.zip file and you will be good to go.... search for data.zip u will find it here.... ALL THE BEST..... do let us know the end of the story....

Are you using leetlauncher to run 2008.10 maps?? if not then could you please tell us how did you get and add the 2008.10 maps on !! this may help other too!!
