It's my understanding that the T1000-20495 update adds this functionality to the x940BT, but I can't seem to find anything that backs that up. I don't think T1000-20495 is officially released yet (likely the 2013 map update....)

I have an x940BT at Application version 4.00 (verified in testmode menu) and my navi.exe has the same memory locations as version 4.01. The nag screen bypass worked and the softbypass brings up the safemode off menu, but I still get the video blackout while the car is in motion.

I was trying to check the version of x940bt software and tried holding the upper left hand of the screen down in the System information screen and I'm not getting the service menu for the application version.

I'm trying to upgrade an x940BT at version 4.00 to 4.01 using an SD card with CNSD-310FM, when I insert the SD card with the update on it it does not reboot. I'm using a 16 gig flash card (Class 10) with the Firmware and update folders on it as well as the cardinfo.cif file. Any ideas?

yes, dual zone allows this. I have it hooked up this way in my Yukon XL with the Rear Seat entertainment system.

Do the above before you try anything else as it will likely save you time. This fixed my issues without having to go into test mode and delete the settings files. It's worth noting that deleting those files sets this setting back to the default of Off, I also had to reconfigure the color scan for the illumination lights.

I read that the SC-C1 will display multiple lines of text but you have to run it through the Pioneer serial bus adapter. Will that provide multiple lines of text? I don't get it... the only limiting factor here is the damn software on the unit. The data is there.

I can only get one line of text to display at a time. It's terrible. I have the older generation SIR-PNR1. If I upgrade to one of the newer sirius connect boxes will it give me more information? I'd really just like to have at the very least Artist and Song title. All I get right now is Artist OR song title OR channel information. Not all at the same time. If its possible to get more info from the newer connect units, can someone post a screenshot of the information it displays?

I formatted it fat32, loaded some AVI files on it and as soon as i select it as the av source the screen goes black, sometimes i can bring up the menu and try to change folders but it won't read it at all. This is a brand new 8 gig sdcard i bought from walmart yesterday. The same thing happens when I plug in a USB stick... most of the time it won't even recognize a usb thumb drive (i have several, it won't pick up any of them. Everything else on the headunit works fine... Dvds, FM, GPS etc... Still waiting on my ipod cable to get here.

What speed class do I need for optimum DIVX playback? I tried playing back some divx encoded video via USB and it was choppy at best.
