Hey all, I've been having this problem lately with my speakers only on the right side of my car. I installed them all my self...triple checked the wires and everything is solid connection. All of the right speakers (Tweeter, 6x9, 6.5) all crackle and have muffled sound, but when i make right turn everyonce and awhile they will kick back in and sound amazing. All the wires are connected and in tact...i've checked probably honestly 4x...i don't know if something is shorting? maybe the preout is bad? any help would be awesome. Hey ya'll, i did a search on the forum and couldn't find anyone with a similar problem. I have a lifetime subscription to Sirius radio and probably for the past 4 or 5 months whenever i tried to use it it MAY work for 2 mins then it cuts out and always says acquiring signal. I re-hooked it up triple checked all the wires. The antenna is on top the car and everything. I moved down to del-rio texas where they have 2 stations...so wanting my sirius pretty bad lol! any help would be awsome! thanks all -tosh

yes i tried to order a digital camera from them....they offer you all this extra stuff, and if you don't buy it they put your order on backorder....just search google and you'll find websites about 86th street and video or whatever...i'd stay away....

Hey all, i'm gonna install the 700bt in my xterra and was wondring if this would be an acceptable place for the mic?...i circled it in red...it's kinda small but it's like an empty spot for a button..i was thinking of custom making the piece of plastic and drilling a hole in it so the mic would fit perfect so it looks clean...is this to far from me as the driver? thanks!

well the decision was made.....i went back to CC and i got the 700bt...the lady there was really helpful...one CC told me they had to send it in to see if it can be fixed...went to the other CC within 5 mins i had the D2 out and i had the 700bt in my hands.....since i didn't use the rest of my warranty on the D2..i got extra store credit...i ended up walking out with a brand new avic f700bt...with a 2 year CC warranty and a $700 gift card...ha..can't go wrong with trading in a D2 for a 700bt and all new speakers for the car !

well i went into CC today and talked some people...no managers...but the one lady i did talk to before said they e-shipped it to the store..well placed the order...the guy today said they had 0 at the warehouse...the store location is 3380...so i may be out of luck they have the 700bt at the other CC not sure if i should get that and spend the rest on new sub and speakers maybe? any input...suggestions? thanks all!

I'm not real sure about my store location I'll have to dig around for a reciept...I'm in Colorado springs,Colorado. Its the cc off academy blvd... I was looking at the cc site every day to see when it would be available and it said 8/23/08 for the longest time...and I signed up for the e-mail notification on there website so I would know when the unit came in....I got the e-mail and like 3 days later I went in and orderd it through the store so I hope I got lucky ...illy keep tall updated and look around for that store location number

i did have the CC advantage plus protection plan...and nope nothing yet i called them and they said that the order was placed it says that it's in line but not in transit yet and i ordrered it on monday.....

awsome thanks for the reply really appreceiate the information....pretty much the deal was they said i can the next unit available...i currently have the D2... which was the D3...but it is discontinued...then i said that the the D3 was only like 700 bucks at CC, while in the mean time i paid 1400 for my D2 like 2 years ago...(rip off yes i know but i was a young wippersnapper who had no clue about anything)...so i asked them if i could just get store credit of 1400 for the Unit. the CC city site says it's available now....but now it's not available "online" I went to circuit city and they said they had them at the warehouse and i ordered one through "e-shipping" whatever that means......i'm waiting for it still..don't know how long it'll be

Heey all, i was just wondering if anyone on the forum works at circuit city? i went there on monday and succesfully wheeled and dealed my way into trading my Avic D2 for a 900bt with an extra 300 to spare on a gift card. They didn't have the unit in currently so they said they would e-ship it to the store. Does anyone who works at CC knows how long it usually takes to get shipments in from the warehouse to the store? i called and they were like..."uhhh..eeehh..not sure" Just wondering cuz i'm pretty excited! thanks in advance! -tosh

the circuit city in colorado...at least in the springs don't have the f-series yet...the 700 is available on the site...but it says the 900 will be available the 23rd of august..............
