That isn't entirely true. I have a GEX-P6400TV tuner and it works flawlessly with it. Touchscreen and all. How do you have your connections for the 6400? I have my avbus and other bus connceted but I get no video. Did you have to hook up RCAs? Thanks, Tim

How do I go about opening the iso file. I have tried different types of media and even tried the iso burner in a link in here and can't get any to read. Thanks, Tim

I have tried everyway mentioned in here I think, with different medias( 3 cds, 2 dvd). Still can't get it to work... guess I'll try to call Pioneer and see if I can get a disk. Thanks, Tim

I have it hooked up to a z1. I get sound fine just no video.

I'll try new media tomorrow. I dl the files from here and also the iso program, then burnt image to disk with that program. Loaded in on map screen and didn't update. I think I am doing the rest right, so hopefully disk. Also, if after I do a level 4 reset, do I have to redo upgrade for Gracenote? Thanks, Tim

I have tried 3 different disk for the update and still only gets as far as cd-rom inserted. Any help? Or does anyone know where I can get a working copy? If I register my unit will they send one? Thanks, Tim
