  1. So, the guys at Crutchfield are full of crap. They not only told me that the Pioneer systems only pushed the Bluetooth and navigation sounds through the speaker-level outputs, but that all manufactures do the same thing. I'm glad I didn't take their word for it. The truth is: the Bluetooth and navigation sounds come through the RCA's just fine. I was monkeying with the system, and discovered I made a mistake when I hooked-up the front channels to my amp. The RCA's for the front channels were being pushed through the amp where I mistakenly set the amp's crossover to low-pass. Obviou

I just got done installing an X710BT, and everything seems to be working fine except there is no bluetooth audio coming through the speakers (it connects to my iPhone, loaded contacts, calls the person, the other person hears me, but I can't hear them), and I don't hear any of the navigation instructions (the music gets muted, but no instructions come through the speakers). I called Crutchfield about this, and they said that I have to use the speaker-level outputs instead of the RCA outputs (for the front speakers) in order to hear these things.
