  1. Thanks for the quick reply Another quick question. I have eliminated engine noise by grounding my RCA's and turning my Gain down to around 1/8 on the Amp. When the Gain is at 1/3 engine noise is back. If i got 2/3 its much louder engine noise. My question - Will a Ground Loop isolator help this?
  2. Hi, I have 2 annoying issues with my unit. 1) Ipod and USB volume is very low (CD on 15 is equal to Ipod/USB on 35) 2) Poping and engine noise from RCA (Blown Pico Fuse, Fixed slightly by grounding RCA calbes) I will be sending the unit into Pioneer however i want to check 2 things. Do i need to send in the wiring harness/RCA harness. My RCA harness is hard wired to the car, i would prefer it if i didnt have to send it in, the RCA harness has had ground cables soildered to them. Secondly is it possible to purchase the harness's as spare parts from pioneer or other sourc
  3. IDT thanks for all the help Here is where i got my traffic button placed This was my first guess of co-ords and it worked suprisingly well i think Thanks for all your help
  4. you my friend are a champ - i am finally getting the whole thing!! last question, more a CS3 question. How do i make the icon transparent and save it as BMP? Also, on a non modded navigate map - the coord x=8 y=251 should site just above the route info, and just below next turn etc
  5. Cool So for arguments sake - if i use the following BMP, and want the green part showing on the map i would have buttonname.bmp#1 ?
  6. 1) #2 means that the bmps has two sections (active/inactive, pressed/unpressed, etc), so lets say you want to make the image that you used to become grey when pressed, then your BMP should look like two images (refer to the image i used) 2) change the BMP used (in this case IDT_onmap_TMC.bmp#2) with the filename of the BMP you want to use Using Cs3 - How do i make a section active/inactive?
  7. Ok so i have worked out the coding however two things. 1) What does #2 at the end point to? BUTTON btnNMB_TMC_onmap bmp="IDT_onmap_TMC.bmp#2 2) I created this image i want to replace it instead of using the TMC icon from IDT. here is the picture - besides chaning the name is there anything special that needs to happen to the icon for it to work (Transparent etc etc?) Excuse the amateur attempt, never done reflections or 3D work
  8. Fixed - i think i stuffed the ZIP when i created it. How do i work out the screen co-ords? or is it trial and error?
  9. I updated my data.zip and loaded it on the unit. Unit is now stuck on "System Startup in progress, please wait" - I can use everything except GPS Did i create the ZIP incorrectly, am i missing files? Can someone please let me know ASAP
  10. Can someone confirm if this will work. If i place this on the navigatemap.ui and place the referenced image in 800x400 ;TMC
  11. Thanks for that - been trying to find it for ages
  12. Hi, Im running the latest 3.0 firware on an AUS F900BT unit. I want to create a traffic shortcut on the nav screen similar to those found in the hybrid/complete mod packs. Is someone able to give me the code needed just to put this traffic shortcut in rather than tryiny to install the entire mod?
