  1. I'm experiencing the same issue after upgrading from a Samsung Galaxy Nexus to the Samsung S5 and Samsung S6. My phone use to connect to Bluetooth hands-free and Bluetooth audio automatically before the upgrade. Now it's pretty annoying having to manually select connect on the unit and media audio on the phone.
  2. Use the Cardinfo.cif posted by Rgarjr if you have the z series.. Should be post number 12.
  3. Just upgraded from Z130bt to Z140bt. Took me about an hour to figure out why the upgrade wasn't loading after following the above directions. For some reason the CARDINFO.cif file wasn't compatible with the Z130bt. You need to replace it with the CARDINFO.cif file from http://avic411.com/index.php?/topic/32362-z110bt-usa-upgrade-with-csnd-210fm-2011/page__st__105&do=findComment&comment=238040
  4. I would like to add a change request to the list. The XM Screen should have scrollable text fields for the artist information and the song information. Thank you.
  5. Thanks so much for making this. This is such an awesome tool. I do have a question though. I have Z110bt and would love to change the logo background to black. How do I go about doing this? I noticed with the Zx series output it is possible by editing the two files ZXXXLargeBackground.bmp and ZXXXSmallBackground.bmp. I can't seem to generate a black background for the ZXXX series using the Generator. Thanks.
  6. Condi, There is a button for GOOG411 where the phone number is now inactive. BTW I don't have any programming skills, but I do have a question. Would we be able to reprogram the phone number? Using notepad I am able to open the file. The following phone number is inside 14252964544. Would it be as simple as just editing the phone number to a desire number? Thank you very much. NDATA\TEL\GOOG411.DAT file contents: 14252964544 BTW I'm referring to the Z110bt/z120bt model.
  7. Thanks, that answered my problem. So far I haven't had a chance to install Hackmode yet. I've only went as far as backing up my files. Thank again. I'll test out hackmode this weekend.
  8. Thanks for the quick reply Patrick. I don't see the X at the upper right corner. Maybe I'll have to readjust my screen. Is there an option for that? Thanks again.
  9. I cannot seem to find the close button to exit TestMode/file maintenance. Would you mind describing to me where it is? I want to be able to close it without restarting my engine. Thank you.
  10. I know, it was an awesome feature to have especially before I got a smart phone. Definitely a great feature for those who doesn't have a data plan to look up addresses.
  11. http://www.theregister.co.uk/2010/10/09 ... r_one_one/ GOOG-411 was a great alternative to the avic's POI search. It saved my ass more than a dozen times when I needed to look up a restaurant or business that is not in the avic's database. I would have GOOG-411 send me the information via text message and I would then enter the address into my Z120bt. I guess this is the world of technology. I can't wait to see what Pioneer will implement in their software next year. Definitely need to replace GOOGL-411 and eventually the MSN direct.
  12. I have a Droid X with the Z120bt. Works fine for me.
  13. Awesome. I'm glad I could help. Yeah, hopefully the bluetooth gets fixed.
  14. I just received mine yesterday. I didn't even bother opening the package. I taped the return slipped on it and shipped it back today.
