Problem solved just talked to tech support you must put in the SD card B to gain this number. Hope this helps someone else.

I am trying to install the new Navigation update and it is asking me for a device number. I have been through every screen and can't get it. Anyone have any ideas?? Thanks in advance.

To be honest I think the voice recognition all depends upon a persons voice. I have a very deep voice and a strong Boston accent and it will not work well for me but anything I try to do with voice recognition even over the phone is the same way. Just a thought.

Thanks I see what you are saying but on the avic feed does that program get installed into the head unit or is it just for PC use? I have my marketing team putting together a spreadsheet with longitude and lattitude points in it.

Well now that I know it is not excel any other suggestions.. I have added the Avic feeds to my laptop is this also something that should be added to my x910? I am reading the forums and looks like it only works well with the iphone. Is this true?

Does anyone know what format you have to use to load POI's on your SD card for the avic to read? I have a customer list that is in excel and don't know if I copy that file if it will read it from the navi unit. Thanks in advance for any help...

No my voice command does not work either. I am going to check the mic wire tonight thanks. The model of my phone is the palm treo pro. I think I have to send them one at a time what a pain in the drain. My blackberry syncs without an issue but I need my palm cause that is for work and the one I primarily use in my truck. As far as after business cards if I don't select one contact at a time it just says no numbers tranfered. I tried selecting all contacts and sending them that way but it is too much information I guess. Thanks for your help and if I could ask you one more question. If

Well I just had my 910 put in my truck last week. In my view the best money spent the only thing that I cannot find is two things. One my palm will not transfer contacts comes up with business cards has anyone seen this and have some way of transfering. Two my bluetooth comes over the speakers fine but the person on the phone can never hear me. Am I missing something to turn on I can place calls without a problem and is completes but the person I call cannot hear me. Any good Mod recomendations for this unit? Just looking for an all around good stereo and to stop all single units. I have been looking at these for awhile and justifying spending the money over something you don't know about is sometimes hard. I read your review thanks for taking the time. Just trying to figure out if there are anythings that people found that are not straight forward.
