I'm curious about this as well. For kind of a different reason. I want to be able to view apps on my 910BT. I was thinking that I would buy a iPhone cable that would give me red/white/yellow RCA. Do you think this would work to monitor apps? It should right?

I have this same problem on my 910bt. I will try connecting directly to the battery as a test. wbk_viper have you been able to fix this issue?

I am having the same problem. Apparently it may be an old version of the testmode file. I'm going to try a newer version tonight if I can find it. Might be the one in this post but I'm not sure yet. http://www.avic411.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=50&t=31277

My dimmer is backwards. When I turn on my lights the display goes brighter. argh!

Mute pin was not damaged so all was good there. I separated the pb wire from the PAC harness and voila, worked. Thanks for all the help. Now onwards to trying some of these awesome mods that are on the site! Thanks for your help joegr!

Yes the mute wire has been moved but I may have damaged it in the process. The first time I tried I could not get it in all the way and I bent it. I was able to straighten it out and it snapped into place but perhaps it is still not making proper contact. I will check this out tonight and I will also disconnect the pb from my PAC harness. Thanks for your help!

I searched... I really did! I have a PAC harness (c2r-frd1) that I have used to connect my X910BT to my factory clips in my 05 Mustang. Searching the forum says it should work however it didn't answer my question. Do I connect to the PAC harness as if I wasn't doing a hardware bypass and then ground both pb wires (the one from the harness and the one from the deck)? ... or do I not hook up the pb wire to the PAC harness and just ground the pb wire from the deck? The mute wire is a non issue as there is not a matching mute wire on the PAC harness. Right now I have the pb wires conne

Hello all, I am trying to track down an additional (rear) monitor for my X910BT. I have a convertible and I want to be able to remove the monitor when not in use so I'm looking for something that will mount on a bracket or by use of a velcro strap or??? I have seen lots of kits to install into your existing headrests but I don't want to destroy them. Do any of you have any recommendations? Many thanks!
