  1. After hours of reading multiple threads I decided to use this method. I downloaded the file, extracted using 7Zip, copied the 2 files then copied everything to my 4GB sd card. I put the sd card in the unit and started the unit, it asked me if I wanted to update tap yes, it rebooted copied and installed the files about 25 minutes, then after it rebooted I went in and upgraded the BT firmware and all done. About 35 mins. I haven't tested it fully yet because it is 1:30am but I wanted to post that it worked great on my X920bt with the 2011 maps hacked.
  2. Thanks, for everyone effort. I was in too late to pitch in for the purchasing of the upgrade. I was able to hack my x920bt to 2.004, then upgrade the firmware and maps, then update the bt with no issues. Everything took about 45 minutes. Nothing really different other than updated maps and bt fix.
  3. Ok figured out that I got my self confuse between ipod Nano and Shuffle, so my shuffle is not compatible. The BT contact sync was a problem with my ROM. I upgraded to ChevyNo1 ROM which includes Auto-Sync for Contacts and it works great. Only had to pair and it took care of the rest.
  4. Just wanted to say that thanks to this site I was able to find all the information I needed to install and hack my X920bt. I have had it for about a week and love it. Their are two things I'm struggling with. First, everyone online say that when they plugged their Android phone in(I don't know if it was via BT or USB) that the contacts synced up automatically. I have it setup with BT and I follow the directions and it tells me to send the vcard for contacts. I tried using the cable but it doesn't like my phone. Anyone successfully sync contacts from their phone? I have a Droid with a roo
