  1. So I patched the file a couple of times and it made the unit think the Park break was off, even tho the park break was ON, ya its pretty disappointing i wanted it to do the opposite. so it isnt as simple as a thought. but keep in mind im a total noobie at this. Ill keep on trying and and update you if i get anywhere.
  2. im working on it.. give me a couple of hours..
  3. I'd like to try this. Patch the firmware for the X920BT, from the AVIC site. link : http://ds1.downloadtech.net/cn1010/firmware/AVIC/AVICZ110.zip Put the patched firmware on the SD card, Use it to update the patched files to the Unit. Do you think this might work or not? Thanks
  4. i found the function that checks for the Parkbreak its in the File "HMIManager.exe" the function is called ?GetPBrakeStatus, I also found the Variable that stores the value for this function and edited it to 1. I used and hex editor and patched HMIManager.exe. I totally want to try this but i bought my Deck in Canada. so i don't think it'll work for me. patching this unit seems simple enough.
  5. Im working on a software bypass. First time doing something like this wish me luck!
  6. so given this is a software bypass possible now ???
  7. without the bypass can you get the backup camera to work while in drive ????
  8. update us how is your project going, would like to find another easier way to get this done.
