another gsxr 1k Can you help me. My unit crashed and my backup doent work.

Hello i am new here and was wondering if anyone has the factory software for the F700BT? Tried to upgrade and it crashed. I backed up my software before I tried upgrading. Tried reinstalling the software and wont work? Any help would be great.
