  1. I installed my avh-p3200bt and love it so far except for one thing, the bluetooth feature. When I make a phone call, I can hear the other person fine, but they cannot hear me at all unless I yell directly into the mic and even then it's not very clear. I double checked my install to make sure the mic wire wasn't pinched anywhere (it wasn't) and that the mic is plugged in tightly to the unit (it is). Could the microphone itself be bad? I tried messing with the settings on the reciver and got no where. Do the sound settings on my phone affect the volume I hear through the bluetooth? Ryan
  2. That answers my questions, thanks! Ryan
  3. I have an AVH-P3200Bt and I'm pre-wiring the radio harness to the car adapter and have some questions. 1. In the instructions it says to hook up the reverse wire so that the head unit knows when the car is in reverse. Should I connect this wire even though I am not hooking up a backup camera (for now)? 2. The instructions say not to cut or shorten any wires. Does that really cause a problem? The wire for the parking brake is way longer then it needs to be since I am going to do the bypass, so I'd rather trim the extra rather then have it all bundled up in the dash. Thanks, Ryan
