After a couple of days of prepping my dash to install a AVH4200dvd, I tried to install it yesterday. I hooked up power to the continuous feed and the accessory feed and the ground and had 12 volts to all, but could not get the unit on. I can not figure out how to switch it on- read the manual twice and still couldn't find it. Thanks for any help.
