I have the same problem on my. I found that the new CNDV100 2010 is just an update. You need to have an old working cd to make it work. Which I'm still looking for the solution myself. I'm having the same error on my screen. I don't have any old working disk. Where can I get those files? This is what I have on the CNDV100 I downloaded...
