I can't even change to hd sub channel I try pressing the arrow it sends me to the next station I try the hard button and that changes to the next preset wtf

I tried that it goes to the next station example hot 97.1 it has 2 hd subs I try to press the onscreen it just goes over to 97.3 static the physical button takes me to the next preset so I'm wondering how it's making me crazy no where does it say how

After I installed the z130bt I see it says hd radio built in I go to the tuner and it's shows me that there's 2 channels of hd how do I switch to the hd channel I try the arrow it goes to next station and the arrows on the unit itself takes me to the next preset so how do I change hd stations???

I recently changed from a avic 110bt to the new z130bt I plugged in the xm wire from the adapter and still het check antenna I don't believe it's a xm antenna I had it up and running in my old radio

i recently had a avic 110bt from amazon.com with msn direct xm tuner and backup camera my avic 110bt burnt so i purchased the z130bt from amazon.com . the harness being two separate wires the new one had a different harness for the video and backup camera (white with rca's ) anyway now my unit appears working two problems the xm says check antenna but i did and its connected second problem is worse a error pops up every few seconds saying tuner failure restart system if problem continues contact tech basically i had the radio replaced the replacement was a z130bt until you turn it on and walla

Do u think it's a bad unit or is it a wire problem like bad ground ?? I'm scared to put a new unit in and have it get burnt again??? Like I said it was all working fine

Oh I upgraded the formats to the z120 I actually paid for the sd card they sent over but that was done a few months back

I had this installed to my 02bmw x5 everything has been working fine til yesterday it revolted twice then today it shutoff and now I get the screen cut in half white dots and other half red dots fallowed by black and white thick lines running threw from left to right then blank screen with the buttons light if I press eject it opens without a hassle if I throw the car in reverse before it blacks out I get my backup camera working what is going on?? Amazon is willing to refund me my money although I had it for 8 months now I checked to see all my wires are plugged in nice and tight is the unit
