  1. if the electronics in the car are the same as a 1998 (they should be), you can try blue/white at the Cruise Control Module (CCM) located right side of steering column 14 pin conn pin#12. I've also seen it in acura's as orange at the CCM. Anyway, if both those wires are incorrect, find the CCM and test wires. This can be done testing for A/C voltage with a Digital Multimeter.   2. Hey, before installing the Ground Loop Isolators, try this trick. attach a wire using an o-ring to the back of the radio (where the screw hole is for a backstrap). Then, take that wire and attach it to the RCA shield wires (the negative outside of the RCA jacks. If the noise goes away, there's no need for the isolators. If that doesn't work, try grounding the radio with at least a 16AWG wire to the firewall or kickpanel (make sure it's BARE metal) hope this helps. any ?'s hit me up.
