Well, that explains why I can;t find any X900 information. But, threads like this: F910 Link appear to reference an F910BT. Google also pulls up references as well. So, if I understand correctly, there is F900, x910, and a possible non-US F910? I am in the US. brain

Having pored over the forums all weekend, learning all kinds of new things about my F900BT, I am left confused about the various models. I was wondering if there was a post (I've searched in the forums but only found snippets) detailing the various F9-- models and comparing them? It appears, based on my searches: F910 is F900 with new knob X series SW will run on F series (Are the abb and daftia mods based on the X910 apps?) I'm confused as to the actual difference between the F900BT and the X900BT, and likewise for the 910s. THey look the same, and the SW appears to run on

Having just spent an hour trying to search for other voices and instructions to dload them and install them, I wonder if someone could suggest some search term. My searches end up with a bunch of VR results, drowning the GPS voice posts. "GPS Voice" doesn't return much that's useful, and TTS won't work as a search term. brain

For those of us who neglected to backup the unit prior to modding, are there kind souls who could upload stock backups? There is another thread discussing this, but the server hosting the backups is no longer active. brain

First off, thanks daftia for the impressive mods. I'm new to this game (used F900BT, new to me, 3.0201 firmware, otherwise stock), and I played with the base unit before I upgraded with your mods. A few questions, if I can: With the stock setup, clicking on "Voice Volume" in the setup menu and dragging the slider caused the voice to state something at the requested volume level. Now, with this mod, it no longer speaks when the slider is selected and moved. On the screen where "dynamic volume" setting is configured, I can click "On", but when I return to the screen, it is set to "off
