  1. Just updated and it worked great, thanks! I see a few people asking about the guidelines, and per the z150bt manual it looks like you can disable them in the system settings -> backup camera settings -> parking assist line -> off . This however did not work on my z120bt updated to latest maps. To turn them off on my z120bt, while in reverse I pressed the parking line button on the screen and they turned off. Hope this helps.
  2. I tried this yesterday and this is exactly what I have to do to get my Nexus 5 to work with the Pandora source. No idea why and it's certainly a pain in the ass, but at least I know how to get it to work now. Thanks.
  3. I did a Factory Reset, paired my phone, now it's saying "Please check your smartphone screen when it is safe", but on my phone I don't see anything pop up?
  4. I just successfully updated my z120bt to z140bt with the 2012 maps and the Bluetooth update. I am able to get my Nexus 5 paired with the head unit and calls work fine, however when click the Pandora icon it tries to connect and says it's unsuccessful. I did modify the app radio settings to use Bluetooth on the head unit itself. Do I need to have anything installed on my phone for the Pandora app to work? Any ideas?
  5. I bought a cheapo backup camera off eBay for my z120bt. I have it hooked up right now and it won't flip to the backup camera when I put it in reverse. I can switch to it via the menu and it works fine. I do have the reverse line connected correctly because when I do drive in reverse my GPS knows I'm in reverse. I also used an ignition 12v for the camera power from under the dash. If I switch the polarity to ground it goes straight to the backup camera when I start my car. Any ideas?
  6. Try rebooting your iPod. This happens sometimes after I've just synced my iPhone, rebooting the phone fixes it for me.
  7. Yep, you probably have an amplified antenna. I had to connect the blue wire from the Pioneer harness (which also goes to an external amplifier) to a specific wire in my car. I just tapped into it. Luckily I was able to find the wire from a GTO forum.
  8. I just intalled my z120bt and tried hooking up my iPhone 3G (4.2.1) and I get a message on the screen saying it's not a compatible device? I thought the iPhone 3G worked with this unit.
  9. What do I lose by moving the mute pin/wire over one space in the harness? I'm not sure what the "mute" wire does? Can I no longer mute my stereo? Will the sound no longer dim when I get an incoming call?
