when the key was on the ACC the factory amp was diabled but for some Reason when I started the truck the Factory amp would turn on and shut the speakers off. so i used a diffrent power source and everything worked fine.

Turns out it was the factory amp when you put the key from ac to ign it switched the factory amp back on and killed the signal
