  1. Looks like I'm late to the party, can you give me access to the file, i've sent a request for both. Thanks! PS - Does anyone have a mirror besides google drive?
  2. Hi pionara, Thanks for the file, maybe people with F930BT or F940BT can report if the update is successful. Now for F10BT, F20BT, F920BT, F9210BT, F9220BT do you know if it works, and I'm guessing we need to change cardinfo.cif right?
  3. Hello, I've attached some files from the update that will need to be modified for the hack, I've also sent a message to pionara to see what he thinks, if we can do it like the 2012 update. ALLDATA.HTM CARDINFO.zip
  4. Hello, I think user pionara can help us with this.
  5. Hi, It would be really generous if you can post the links to the update so we can have a look and see what's changed. I might be chipping in on this update with some beer money, just like I did for the 2012 update, just need to fill my pp account. BTW, I have F920bt so really wondering if this update would work on my unit. The 2012 update did.
  6. Well I tried replacing a language with Romanian by changing all replacement language related files in SOUND, TTSData and TTSData/Transdata with no luck. When selecting the replaceed language it doesn't want to speak a word. I think there might be some other files that need changing.
  7. I'm glad to see you finally got the region changed Ralpharn. I'm also having some problems with my unit after updating to EU v4.0 from 2.0. I don't have TTS Romanian voice anymore, I noticed that the folder TTSData does not contain the data for romanian voice, so I added it from my 2.0 backup thinking it would be an easy fix, but still the voice does not show, any ideeas on this? I don't even know if there is an Eastern Europe region code. Anyway to find out from my old 2.0 backup?
  8. So i made the update today and everything went smoothly. I previously had my F920BT on version 2.0.0.0 and updated to 4.0.0.0 using pionara's suggestions. Also updated the bluetooth after that, which took a bit longer, but everything was fine in the end. Not very impressed with the update so far, but I'll have to play with it more
  9. @pionara - I currently have a F920BT with 2.0 software, do you know if I can update directly to 4.0? Also from what I saw this update is for F930BT, while looking throgh the documents for updating, the only difference seems to be the bluetooth firmware procedure, hope that wouldn't cause any problems. @radeonorama - You got a little paypal gift for your trouble, as I said I would to the guy that shares the update.
  10. That's a good ideea to do a group buy, maybe there are people who also want to do the same for the CNSD-310FM European update.
  11. Thanks Ralpharn. It looks promising. Hopefully he won't encounter many problems along the way. Also Condiczek, great to see you back working on hackmode. And great work for Pionara on discovering this.
  12. Hey Ralpharn, thanks for the updates on the hack, can you send me a link to that russian forum so I can also follow the progress of that hack, it looks promising, as currently I never use the navi in my unit because the map coverage is crap.
  13. @ciroalbano - Try getting into test mode manually and return everything back to stock like so: remove sd card, turn on ignition, keep home button pressed and press previous, next, previous, next and so on while keeping home button pressed until the unit restarts, it should enter testmode now.
  14. @tasdemir - What you are asking is not possible for now, maps are not from igo like f900bt. If f920bt has the maps for Turkey you could try to backup NAND2 and rewrite it with NAND2 from f920bt, but I don't know if it has other crap, like license files or something. As far as the radio frequencies go, I'm not sure if it's doable with just swapping NAND/USER/PRG0/APL with some files from f920bt, do some research on other US units converted to EU (I have no experience with this).
  15. Base update 1.3 works. But you forgot about the "Pioneer Software" shortcut, it's still on HMIManager, so it doesn't do anything.
