Hi, I currently have an N2 (upgraded to an N3) and I'm starting to have so many problems, from an intermittent source button, to a loud fan when cold to a screen that no longer pulls out, numerous DVD read errors, screen is black at times after opening up and so on, I was looking to replace the head unit and brain to an N4 unit. Does anyone know if the harnesses are interchangeable, I really don't want to rewire my whole vehicle, so if they were interchangeable it would be an easy swap, if they are not, I will just have my HU repaired. let me know what you know, thx in advance for your help.

Does anyone have any info on the VSS wire, color, pin location, and vehicle location for a 2010 Dodge Challenger SRT8? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I've read through all of the bluetooth echo problem and update threads here, and decided to contact Pioneer and get the update disc for free instead of burning the image off of the many links posted in the original post for this problem. Now to my question, I recieved the update disc labled "Updating Disc for AVIC-Z1 S-73799" today, I have a Sept built Z1 with the two wire bypass, and wanted to know if this disc will cause any other problems to my bypass or will it just fix what I need which is the Bluetooth echo problem and leave everything else they way it was? Hi Folks, I was wondering if anyone can help me out with the VSS wire color and location on a 2001 Dodge Durango. I have searched the forum, and have found nothing. You guys have been very helpfull on my other two personal installs, so I figured I'd go back to the well. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks, I know I can do that with my phone, I was wondering if there was a "Touch point" on the Z1 that I could quickly turn the call private, otherwise I need to go through 3 menus to get to that point in my phone. I appreciate the response.

If I'm connected to the Z1 while driving and I see a call coming in that I do not want my passenger to hear, is there a way to quickly turn off the Bluetooth through the Z1, kind of like a "Private call?

Hi guys, I was wondering if there is anyway to update the logos in a Z1. I have read through all of the threads, and not come up with an answer. PaisanNYC & Jason< I commend you with your efforts for this as it relates to the N3, but was curious about the Z1. I did read somewhere about another member having an issue with this, I think I have the same problem. I seem to have the logo in "List" mode, but lose the logo when I save them as presets. Any additional info anyone could provide would be much appreciated. Cheers!

Hey Guys/Gals, Maybe someone can enlighten me. I pushed all of my contacts from my phone into my Z1, names and all. Now when I receive a call, only the number appears, no name, I tried deleting the name in the Z1 and re-entering it, but to no avail, it still only shows the number. Any suggestions?

I found a few new, factory sealed GEX-P5700TV units for $249.00 with free shipping. I was thinking about the outdated technology as well, and I'm tossed up about spending the $250, only to have to replace it in two years.

This is probably a stupid question, but I figured I've gotta ask it. I just replaced my N2 with a Z1 and love it. I do a ton of driving as I'm in sales and wanted to know if there was any way to pull out my saved addresses from my N2 and load them into the Z1? I know the N2 doesen't write to anything, so that's why I figure this is a stupid question. Thanks in advance for the replies.

Thanks Dave, that's what I wound up doing before I saw your reply, and that seems to have done the trick. It's interesting, because the whole problem started when I turned off the car while on the phone, it switched over to my phone from the Z1, and when I restarted the car, that's when the problem occured. Hi All, Maybe you could shed some light on an issue I'm having. I just replaced my N2 with a 10/06 Z1, everything went smooth and all was fine for the first couple of hours of operation, now to my problem. After I start the car, and the unit powers up, music starts playing until the Bluetooth automatically connects to my i870. Once it connects, I lose all of my audio, this includes Am/Fm/iPod and Library. I have the "Hang-up" icon in the top right corner, when I hit it, it illuminates but does nothing else. It almost seems like it's stuck in a call mode, because I can hear the beeps whe
