Ok I must be doing something wrong cause I seen no difference at all still. Do I need to physically install anything on the appradio itself or is it all done on my iPhone? I'm not getting any text message displays or anything at all

Nothings happening after I turned on the settings in the extension app. I've seen no difference in the appradio functionality. Do I need to install anything to the actual appradio?
